Our hotel "Der Rindererhof" is surrounded by impressive nature and of course we try to make our
ecological footprint as small as possible.

What does sustainability mean for us at the Hotel Der Rindererhof****?

 

Products from local suppliers

The use of local products is the top priority in our hotel "Der Rindererhof". We buy products such as cheese,
eggs, butter, honey, jams and meat from regional farmers or from local suppliers. At the same time, locality means
quality, which offers our guests a special culinary experience.

We also work closely with partners such as electricians and carpenters from the area and implement new & conversion
work with craftsmen from the region.

Electricity generation

100% electricity from renewable energy.

Sustainable travel is rewarded

We grant a bonus to guests arriving by train.
That means: -10% on your room price!

We also offer our guests a free pick-up service from the train station in Mayrhofen.

Electric charging stations from 100% renewable energy

We are closely in tune with nature and want it to stay that way.
Therefore we are enabling you to charge your car using the electric charging stations in our car park for a fee.

In-house laundry

All hotel linen (bed linen/terry towels/table linen) is washed, dried & ironed in our in-house laundry.

Water from our own spring

Our drinking water is unique spring water.
Our Hotel Der Rindererhof**** is supplied by its own water source, which is tested for drinking water quality at least once a year.
You can drink the fresh water from our own mountain spring from any of the the taps throughout the hotel.

Cosmetics and care products

We avoid small-packaged cosmetics and use dispenser solutions that reduce packaging waste.
Pump dispenser - made from 100% PCR plastic, at least 25% rPET and the bottles are recyclable.
