Let us spoil you in our two restaurants at the Hotel Der Rindererhof, or in the Jagdstube, with it‘s cosy atmosphere.
Quality and Regional speciliaties are highlighted in our kitchen. Our chef and his team place special importance on fresh produce, which they skillfully transform into the finest regional and international dishes.
A wide choice of dishes and refreshing drinks fuel the body and soul, whether for a challenging hike on the Hintertux Glacier or simply a quiet afternoon in our wellness area.

For an ideal start to your day we will grant all your wishes with an extensive buffet breakfast. In the evening a 5 course meal with a choice of main courses awaits, as well as two themed buffet evenings per week with various speciality dishes.
Exclusive Accompanying Wines
A special meal deserves the right wine - Wine lovers will get their money's worth at our hotel. Our wine cellard contain over
200 wines from the whole world, which Wolfgang Krajnc personally takes care of. The Privat Cuvee "Der Rindererhof" made
from 60% Merlot and 40% Shiraz is exclusively produced for us by the wine-growing estate of Gerhard Pfneisl.
Tuxer Spring Water
Water from our own mountain spring.
Our Hotel Der Rindererhof is supplied with it’s own spring water, which at least once a year is tested to check that it continues to be drinking water quality. You can drink the fresh water from our own mountain spring from any of the the taps throughout the hotel. Of course you can also purchase our spring water in the restuarant for a small additional charge per carafe.
